Approach Learning provides structured short-term assessment placements designed to identify underlying academic, behavioural and SEMH needs. The placement produces a comprehensive written report to inform provision decisions, EHCP considerations and reintegration planning.

What the 6 Weeks Include

·        Literacy diagnostics (reading age, comprehension, spelling age)

·        Numeracy baseline and gap analysis

·        Working memory and executive functioning screening

·        SEMH profiling and emotional regulation assessment

·        Functional Behavioural (ABC) analysis

·        Intervention trials with impact measurement

·        Multi-agency review meeting and full written report

·        Clear provision recommendation (mainstream, specialist, AP)
